Sharing this in a post mainly as a reminder to myself, but also for anyone who may need to read this.

I put so much pressure on myself, moreso than anyone else ever could. Always feeling that I need to do more, be more…

I need to realize that I am enough. That I need to step back, slow down and take one step, one breath, one moment at a time.

Every day is a blessing and a beautiful gift. Yes, life is hard, very hard. But if I remember to hold onto being grateful for what I do have, what makes me happy and smile…let go of what hurts me…and know that things WILL get done when they get done…
I feel much more at peace!

    I absolutely LOVE this post. I have been in a place in my life years ago where I had to stop….and adapt this thinking. It is so important for people out there who feel they are carrying the world on their shoulders to stop and really take this in.

    I had been in this place before in the past. Lately, seeing myself stressed, overwhelmed…I knew that I needed to step back and slow down. I have learned to let things be…let things go.

    I am sure there are many people who feel weighted down from carrying so much on them.
    I do hope that one day they also can adapt to this way of thinking. 😌

  3. If you are grateful for all you have in life, it feels like you are living in luxury. You found the key, now just turn it when you feel overwhelmed. I am grateful to be alive and experiencing any kind of dilemma in life. If life was calm with no waves, I think we would be bored. Our problems keep us on our toes. So know, you are not alone. We are just all here walking each other home. One Love beautiful.
