Activity

We just returned from a weeks vacation to Rodanthe in the Outer Banks, North Carolina. I’m getting to see more of my adopted country, little by little. So far, I’ve covered, Las Vegas (Courtesy of Ben Ogden), Delaware, Maryland, Ocean City, Dewey beach, Myrtle beach, Niagra falls (American side) and now, North Carolina. I also realise that too many of the drivers south of us are crazy dangerous! The amount of speeders, tailgaters and drivers on their phones as we passed them had to be seen to be believed. The OBX beach was very nice, I loved the rough seas and the roar of the waves and the boys loved the pool too. It was definitely a different, non-touristy, kind of vacation but one I would do again in the future. Now it’s back to work and to re-evaluate my direction (again) and try to get a handle on my writing (again).
