I didn’t mean to and wasn’t supposed to wake up at 3:45 am. I’ve been up since. To give a lil background, I kinda got stood up for Valentine’s Day. He hasn’t texted since. I fell asleep with the lights on and wo […]

So, this is something I don’t talk about often. I don’t talk about my experience having bipolar disorder (bpd). It’s difficult to explain to people because it hits everyone differently. I want to start track […]

My anxiety just kicked off today. I know it’s one of those things where nothing ignited it. I just woke up and it’s been here all day. Things are running through my mind a million miles a minute. I hate this a l […]

Hi I feel what you write. I hope this comment finds you having a calmer day.
I suffered anxiety and managed to overcome the panic and fear by remembering to deep breathe. It seemed too simple to work so I didn’t try for a long time. And then I did, and it was my go to remedy for the excessive thoughts, fear, panic and heart palpation.
Anxiety sneaks up on me still and deep breathes still help.
I hope you give it a go ~ just a few deep breaths. Many blessings. 💜

it’s 44 degrees and it’s still a sunny day. Days like this feel like they’re deeper than what they are. The wind is so negative but the sun so positive. It’s like a reminder that even on the worse days there’s […]

Today I was with my mom, and I ended up sad by the end of it. I saw her for her. I saw her as another person and not just “mama”. I feel like she saw more of who I am too. I was actually more comfortable bei […]

I can definitely relate. It’s a game changer when we can see our parents as humans who make mistakes, are learning as they go, etc., and not just our mom or dad. I’m glad you had that day with your mom. I hope you have many more days like that with her.

Thank you so much!! It definitely is a game changer and awkward sometimes but I love the process!

I can’t tell how long this will last but today is a lot better. Some solutions have popped up, it’s all a waiting game now.
As weird as it sounds, my cat gives me so much peace and it’s nice I get to see him today. Animals really are therapy

Wow, I never thought I would come back here. I used to have a blog about 10yrs ago when I was 12/23/14. I think my old account might have gotten deleted but here we are again.
Hello.
Honestly things right […]

Sorry it’s a bad start but reading this, what I am reading and seeing is that, although it IS hard, it seems like you need to find your peace IN the situation, where you are at, right now, and then by focusing on your peace within, you will be able to see more clearly where you need to go, to get to where you need to be. By focusing only on the negative stuff going on, you get tunnel vision, you know? Best wishes to you and hope this starts to sort itself out for you.
