“Something Greater” by Jentezen Franklin is a good read for anyone needing encouragement for anyone struggling to be faithful to the Lord where they are right now. Kind of reminds me of a title written years ago by Erma /Bombeck – “The Grass Is Greener Over The Septic Tank” when we yearn for something better and need to be faithful to the Lord where we are right now instead of being so consumed for the future when God wants to use us in the present where we are right now.

“Something Greater” is easy to read, has good spiritual and practical insights, and encourages the reader to stay put until God moves in His time and way and for His glory. The appendix contains the writing entitled “Acres Of Diamonds” on which “Something Greater” is based on. “Something Greater” also has a helpful footnotes section for references and further.
