I’ve been looking into upgrading to a 240 Hz monitor for my new setup, mostly for gaming. However, I also use my computer for web browsing, watching videos, and even some photo editing from time to time.

I’m wondering if anyone here has experience using a 240 Hz monitor for everyday tasks like these. Does the high refresh rate provide any noticeable improvements in clarity or visual smoothness for non-gaming activities, or is it mainly a benefit for fast-moving content like gaming?
