I visualize my grounding technique as roots planting deeply into the earth, as soon as I put my foot on the ground. I visualize a blue sky with bright white clouds making a funnel down into the top of my head. Here, in my body, a large braid is created of above and below, through me. I am aware of my energy, grounded and calm.
I thank my instructor at school for giving me this tool. I am finding meditation on my own to be a lot easier now that I use this, and it’s good for just about anything else when I want to find that calm.
