No surprise here. The liberal judges, especially these three radicals, were put on the supreme court by leftist socialist/communist democrat presidents to ensure they push their radical left, anti constitution agenda and they are doing just that. All three we know essentially lived on the taxpayer dime essentially from birth and were given preferential treatment all thru life due to their gender status and racial makeup. We all know that is fact although few will admit it. Of course they are going to oppose anything and anyone that sheds light on those facts and may change those factors which are in them self unconstitutional.

Sotomayor, Jackson, and Elena Kagan, all female by their own comments and conduct make it clear they really don't have a good understanding of our constitution, it's importance to our very continued existence as a free Republic as we survived for over two hundred years under it's guidance and in reality they don't care. They were not selected by the radical left for those positions for their ability to do the job properly and they were not the highest qualified for those positions, if even barely qualified.

Sotomayor's comments make it very clear she totally lacks any real intelligence and that she is delusional and hasn't a clue about the protocols, process or chain of command when she makes ignorant and biased comments like, "if the president (meaning Trump) orders seal team 6 to assassinate a rival political opponent is he immune to prosecution?" Even the liberal news media didn't have the brains or integrity not broadcast that insane comment or better yet put it down for what it really is-pure leftist garbage. IN her petty little mind, the mind of a liberal and democrat, she probably really believes the president can pick up the phone, call a seal team 6 member directly and give them orders to kill someone. But in her sick mind she really thinks it sounds good, the news media will broadcast it, and they did, and people the average citizen doesn't know any better or cares.

We are seeing how badly the liberal left and the democrats have degraded our gov't, all our institutions and that they are the real threat to us all and that they are the ones who consider themselves as supreme as did Hitler, Stalin, and every other dictator/tyrant of the past and present and who use the "party", the "workers" the common person as a means to control and rule over all. Democrats brag about being "socialist". Any smart person knows socialist are communist and what their ultimate goal is and how they go about achieving it. There is no NEW socialist, they are communist.

In reality NO, the president doesn't have total immunity. The people control the conduct and actions of the president and hold Presidents accountable and punish as appropriate. We do that through the legislative branch, CONGRESS. We impeach and take legal action and punish if justified through our representatives who we elect. The first step is to elect quality intelligent representatives to congress who love this country, support the constitution are patriots and have the courage and integrity to do the job required. We don't see that today and especially on the left and of the socialist/communist democrat. We elect idiots, people who have nothing better to do but run for office and push their own agenda and that of special interest groups.
