i bite myself when i loose control. as hard as i can . Intentionally. but ive never torn y skin or bled . A bruise is common though . maybe i do it to calm down and i think it works . but i guess its fine because its not a lot of harm . but now i think i am starting to crave it . like the first thing i think of doing when something bad or upsetting happen is bitting myself . its better than burning or cutting or punching the wall as it is a lot less damage but its still damage .
