This is my second round of Insanity I tried to do round two a couple of months ago but I got a shin splint and decided to just run for the summer…now I’m starting again and thank gawd cause I’m gettin a bit doughier around the middle LOL

Thank you! I was so happy to get her back..then she got an ear infection! So she has had lot’s of rest and antibiotics for the last few days.

Ok herbals for emphysema…I will have to look some stuff up because it’s not a condition that I have really looked into before BUT I would think that anything that might relieve mucus or act as an anti inflamitory would work. To have the lungs expel the mucus I would maybe use Lavender oil, make a vapour out of it so perhaps put it into a hot humidifier or heat it in a bit of water and inhale…this one also works really well for asthma because it’s good for inflamation. Eucalyptus can be rubbed directly on the chest…just like vicks but better. I’m going to look through my herbal stuff and figure out what kind of tea will help. When it comes to respiratory things hot tea can work wonders…I’ll be back Do you have high blood pressure, or liver problems?? These things can effect the herbal mixtures that you can use…also eat garlic, in the morning on an empty stomach…I know gross right?? It liquifies the mucus and stimulates a cough to remove it.
