DTR means to Define the Relationship. Basically, when you and someone else are talking, you BOTH know that you’re talking to each other and no one else. Or is you’re dating, you both know how fast or slow you’re going in the relationship. So it basically means when two people in the relationship know that they are on the same level with ech other.
