May 17, 2013I am going to come up with my OWN conspiracy theory here. It COULD BE that this republican wanted Obama to take the heat on the IRS, PROBABLY aided by the Koch brothers and Rove and Cheney. They will do anything to bring Obama down. He is their anti-christ.

Reagan also collected more taxes than Obama, and he grew his government faster than Obama. In fact, Obama is more fiscally conservative than any of the recent republican presidents, and the last fiscally conservative president was Bill Clinton.
