May 23, 2013If there is no evidence, they should not be detained. If there isn’t compelling evidence, there is no reason to detain anybody. You think the military just fingered a bunch of guys at random and decided to blame them for Benghazi? Now you’re being captious.
May 22, 2013A jury trial on US soil is not the only possible method for determining innocence or guilt. The military has their own court system, for example. Guys get court-martialed all the time. Is that a gross miscarriage of justice just because it isn’t done in our civil or criminal court system? Is that system a one-size-fits-all solution to everything? Obviously it is not.
As I have said, the military has investigated. They have identified these guys based on their investigation. I don’t know what evidence they have, and it is not relevant. What facts or evidence do you want? Your response is a non sequiter.
May 22, 2013The point of the post is not to prove that these guys are guilty. It is to show that a jury trial on US soil is the wrong approach. Letting them off scott free is wrong.
