Happily married (really) to my high school sweetheart for the past 29 years. Three boys (from what I hear, easier than one girl) of which two are in college and one in grammar school. Strong conservative values with a Roman Catholic faith. I love working (sales) and enjoy simple things in life - reading; writing; music; hiking; etc.

November 06, 2012All in all, what you think does matter – even though you cannot yet vote. The fiscal crisis that Obama has put the United States in (through unprecedented increases in the national debt and the failure to secure a budget in four years) will have long-lasting results that will directly affect you for most of your working life. You (even at this age) must stay informed and educate yourself. Do not listen to the media propoganda, but use their talking points as a basis for research yourself – then, as an educated citizen, decide for yourself.
With respect to Romney’s tax plan – a full disclosure of his plan would have been met with distortion from the Obama administration and taken the focus off of Obama’s failed economic and foreign policy agenda.
November 06, 2012Obama, as a Senator from Illinois, also voted to allow “shelf abortions” – if a baby is born during a botched abortion, then the baby is to be put on a shelf and allowed to die, rather than having medical care provided.
November 06, 2012Turnout in early voting and absentee ballot requests IS off the chart for Republicans across the whole country. As of Saturday, 67% more Republicans have taken advantage of early voting or absentee ballots than have Democrats. The Obama internal polling matrix used the voter turnout from 2008 to come up with their hoped for Obama victory in 2012. Republicans are clearly ahead in the early vote and Democrats rarely turn out to the polls on Election Day in the same number as Democrats. All this bodes well for a resounding Romney/Ryan victory.
