I am a Christian first and foremost. I am a wife. I am a daughter. I am strong, and I have fought hard for everything that matters to me. I have battled depression and anxiety most of my life, and for once I am winning that war. The past couple of years have been filled with learning who I am, and becoming the person that I want to be. The first step to beating anxiety and depression is admitting the hold that it has on your life, and standing up for yourself and refusing to play the victim. For once, I will define myself, and will be happy--because I am worth it!
